1. Acceptance of terms

By using IncomeBuddie you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree please do not use the app.

2. What IncomeBuddie is

IncomeBuddie is a personal finance tracking tool. We help you understand your financial position by calculating how much free money you have after your commitments. We do not hold, transfer, or manage your money. We are not a bank, financial institution, or investment service. We are not licensed to provide financial advice.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use IncomeBuddie
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
  • You must keep your account credentials secure
  • You must not use IncomeBuddie for any illegal purpose
  • You must not attempt to access other users data

4. Financial disclaimer

The free money number and all calculations in IncomeBuddie are based solely on data you provide. They are for informational purposes only. IncomeBuddie does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation. Do not make significant financial decisions based solely on IncomeBuddie data. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for important financial decisions.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep IncomeBuddie available at all times but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the app unavailable. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of IncomeBuddie after changes means you accept the new terms.
